Female Football Booster Had Sex With Son's Underage Teammate

Cherish Arroyo, 35-year-old woman from Maricopa County, Arizona, has been arrested and is accused of engaging in sex with her son’s football teammate, a 16-year-old boy.
Arroyo faces six felony counts of sexual conduct with a minor. When queationed by the police, she told officers she had sexual intercourse and oral sex with a 16-year-old teammate and another young football player in the home she shares with her husband and two sons, who are 16 and 8. When she admitted the sex acts with teen boys, she said she did so because she was “lonesome.”

The 16-year-old victim allegedly began having a sexual relationship a year ago with Arroyo, who also serves as the treasurer of the Copper Canyon High School football team’s booster club and frequently invited the football team over to her house for dinner before games. Both the victim and Arroyo’s own son play in the same team.

Sheriff’s office officials say a victim’s parents tipped them off after discovering “inappropriate communications” between the suspect and their son on Facebook.

Kathia Davis

Kathia Maria Davis, 44-year-old mother from Orange County, California, has been accused of engaging in sex with two boys who are youth hockey league teammates of her son. Authorities say there may be a third victim.

Davis, of Laguna Niguel, was arrested on Wednesday last week at her home on suspicion of having unlawful sex with a minor under 16 and committing lewd acts with a minor under 14, according to Orange County Sheriff's spokesperson Jim Amormino. Both victims were members of the youth hockey team, the Beach City Lightning, which her son also played in. The teams played at hockey rinks in Anaheim and Laguna Niguel.

The investigation began last week after the first victim, who was under 16 at the time, came forward to his mother. According to the mother, Davis hosted parties at her home and served alcohol to underage team members

Davis, a divorced mother of three, is accused of engaging in unlawful sex with the victim, who is still under 18 years of age, for about a year and a half. "We received complaints that she was throwing parties for members of the hockey team and other friends of her son and providing them with alcohol," Amormino said.

Denise Fitch

Denise Fitch, 41-year-old counselor at Keyser Primary-Middle School, Keyser, West Virginia, has pleaded guilty to three counts of third-degree sexual assault charges. She was accused of having sexual relations with three high school boys.

Fitch was arrested last february on allegations of the sexual assault of three boys, all under 16-years-old. At the time was alleged that Fitch had had sexual intercourse with two of the boys and performed oral sex on two of the three boys. According to court record, two of the boys were 14 years old and one was 15 at the time of the alleged incidents.

Fitch came to the attention of police after she checked herself into the emergency room of Western Maryland Health Systems on June 24, 2010 with emotional issues and allegedly confessed to a counselor that she had engaged in vaginal sexual intercourse with two of the three males and also provided oral sex to two of the three males.

The incidents took place at Fitch’s residence after the boys had gone there to swim. Allegedly, Fitch also confessed to her ex-husband that she had engaged in sexual acts with the three boys.

On Jan. 21 and Feb. 21, a representative of the DHHR interviewed all three of the alleged victims and all three said they had gone to the Fitch home to swim when the alleged incidents occurred.
The juveniles stated that two of them had gone into the home with Fitch while the third stayed outside to swim. When the third male came into the home, the other two “told him they had sexual intercourse with the defendant....
“(He) stated that he and Denise went into a bedroom, where Denise performed oral sex on him.”

Fitch was originally charged with five counts of third-degree sexual assault; six counts of sexual abuse by a guardian, custodian or person in a position of trust; and one count of sexual abuse. As part of the plea agreement, Fitch only pleaded guilty to the three counts of third-degree sexual assault and rest were dropped.

Barbara Case Sentenced for

Barbara Renee Case, 39-year-old woman from Virginia, was sentenced in June 2011 to 30 months in federal prison.

Case, married mother with three children, met the 15-year-old boy online in December 2007, when she was 36 but originally portrayed herself as a 21-year-old. She only later told the boy that she was much older. Case met the boy through an online game called Runescape. After five months of sexually explicit conversations online and on the telephone, Case told her husband and three children that she was going on vacation but instead flew to Australia and had sex with the boy numerous times over 10 days at a cabin she rented in Bendingo. Case admitted having sexual intercourse with the boy at least eight times and performing oral sex on him three times. Case also admitted to photographing the two having sex, although the photos have not been recovered.

They were caught when the boy's parents became concerned and contacted police, and reported him missing.

In September 2008 Case sentenced in Bendigo County Court by Judge Tim Wood. She received 16 months in jail, suspended for two years, and was warned that she could serve the time if she committed additional offenses. She was also ordered to register as a serious sex offender.

Case was ordered home to America and on arrival was confronted by federal investigators and charged with one count of travelling to a foreign country to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor.


In the US, Case will also be required to register with the state as a sex offender.

Holly Polson prefers young boys

Holly Marie Polson, 35-year-old married mother of 4 from Palmdale, California, had been arrested for allegedly engaging in repeated sexual episodes with a 13-year-old boy.

Polson, who worked as a teacher's aide at an Antelope Valley middle school, faces four felony counts of lewd acts with a child she was supposed to be tutoring the 13-year-old after school. The victim and suspect allegedly engaged in several acts of sexual intercourse while in a vacant classroom on the school campus. According to the boy, during the two weeks time span, he had repeatedly sexual intercourses with an Instructional Aide at his school. Officers say Polson confessed to the affair and admitted to several instances of having sexual intercourse with the young boy on school grounds when she was arrested.

Investigation started when a relative of the boy discovered allegedly inappropriate text message from Holly Polson on the boy's cell phone, and alerted police. The alleged sex crimes occurred between May 29 and June 10 in a vacant classroom at school and in Polson's car.

Katrina Childress gets 5 years of jail for sex with teen

Katrina Childress, 33-year-old woman from Fredericktown, Missouri, has been sentenced to five years in prison for having sex with a 16-year-old boy.

Childress entered her plea in Criminal District Court 371 as part of a plea agreement with the Tarrant County district attorney's office.

Childress had arrived in Texas in the beginning of January this year with her children, ages 7 and 11, and the teen boy, whose family had reported him missing.

Katrina Childress was arrested by Bedford police, who had been checking vehicle registrations at America's Best Value Inn, 2501 Airport Freeway, in Bedford. Officers learned that Missouri authorities were looking for one of the vehicles in connection with a runaway. When the Childress and the boy were interviewd, they told that their relationship was sexual and they had sex in motel room.

Mary Dennis gets jail for sex parties with teen boys

Mary Marie Dennis, 39-year-old Floyds Knobs, Indiana, mother has pleaded guiltyto sexual misconduct with a minor and to neglect of a dependent in connection with a parties she hosted for teens.

Dennis, who was 38 at the time of the incident, will receive a four-year suspended sentence and will be on probation in exchange for pleading guilty to sexual misconduct. For neglect of a dependent, she also is to be given three years in jail, of which she is expected to serve 18 months, during which she is expected to be on work release during the day from the Clark County Jail.

Mary Dennis also will have to register as a sex offender for 10 years and will be on strict probation. She can have no contact with minors except her daughter, who accompanied her in court last Tuesday.

The plea agreement states that Dennis fondled a 15-year-old male juvenile and provided alcohol to her then-13-year-old daughter, who was present during her “sex parties.”

Clark County Deputy Prosecutor Brittany Blau said Mary Marie Dennis also had sexual relationships with three 16-year-old males and a 17-year-old male, all above the legal age of consent in Indiana. One relationship reportedly lasted about five months.

Dennis’ home address is listed as Floyds Knobs, but she was living in Clark County at the time of the allegations. The daughter reportedly told police she once walked by her mother’s bedroom and saw her having sex with one boy as two others were watching.
