Kansas mom of two guilty of sex with teen boy

Cathleen Balman, 40-year-old former language arts teacher at Clearwater Middle School, Clearwater, Kansas, has been placed on three years on probation for having sex with a former student and ordered her to have no contact with non-relatives under the age of 18.

Balman, married mother-of-two, pleaded guilty in March to engaging in a year-long indecent relationship with a 15-year-old boy. She pleaded guilty to one count of indecent liberties with a child. Her trial on three counts of indecent liberties with a child was scheduled to start next day. Two of the charges were dismissed as part of the plea bargain.

Balman was arrested and charged in November 2011 with having an sexual affair with one of her students for more than a year. Plice began their investigation in September after detectives reviewed text and photo messages that had been exchanged between Balman and the student. As the investigation progressed, according to prosecutors, it reportedly became apparent that Cathleen Balman had become engaged in a sexual relationship with the student that spanned several months.

Because she had no prior convictions, the charge was in a “border box” on the state’s sentencing grid, which means the law makes no recommendation between probation and imprisonment. District Judge Terry Pullman concluded “by the narrowest of margins” that Cathleen Balman would be less likely to re-offend if she were placed in a treatment program rather than be sent to prison for 34 months as prosecutors were recommending.

When Cathleen Balman was then given a chance to address the court she told that she was really sorry for her actions. “It’s truly the biggest regret of my life,” she said. “I’m full of remorse. I take full responsibility for what happened. If given the privilege of probation I can assure you this will never happen again."

“I’d like to apologize to the victim and his family. I am truly sorry.”

After granting her probation, Pullman said told Balman that if she does re-offend, he will revoke her probation and order her to serve a 34-month prison sentence that will run consecutively to any new sentence she may receive. Meaning if this mother who likes to have sex with teens continues sexually abusing kids, she ends up behind bars.

Balman, who taught language arts to eighth-graders for three years prior to her arrest, had joined the school district in 2008 after teaching second-graders for one year at Argonia Elementary School.

Connecticut Mom Sentenced for Sex with Underage Toyboy

Brittany Larson, 29-year-old former teacher at Devereux Glenholme School, New Milford, Connecticut, was sentenced earlier this month on an agreed upon charge of third-degree sexual assault to a 10-year prison sentence, suspended after nine months, to be followed by 10 years of probation.

Larson was accused of engaging in sexual relationship between May 2011 to December 2011 with a 16-year-old student. The school serves students with Asperger's syndrome, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and other learning disorders. Female teacher was married and pregnant in her third trimester at the time of her arrest in October 2011. Police had been conducting an investigation since being contacted a moth earlier by administrators at the school. Mrs Larson was charged with second-degree sexual assault and held by police on a $25,000 bond. According to an arrest affidavit, staff members at the school became suspicious of an inappropriate relationship after discovering racy online interactions with on the victim’s Facebook page. Ms. Larson told authorities her relationship with the student turned intimate in June 2011, and that she set up a secret Facebook page to communicate discreetly. The victim reportedly told police that the encounters took place on campus in multiple locations.

In June 2012, she turned down a plea deal that would have meant a 10-year sentence, suspended after 15 months, instead opting for the jury trial. Anyway, later she pleaded guilty to second degree sexual assault under the Alford doctrine. The Alford doctrine means that a defendant does not agree with all of the facts of the case but believes there is enough evidence to result in a conviction, and that pleading guilty could result in a more favorable sentence. Based on the sentence handed she will be incarcerated for nine months at the most but will still be required to register as a sex offender for 10 years.

Kathleen Cawthorne Gets 4 Months for Sex with Student

Kathleen Cawthorne, 33-year-old former teacher at William Campbell High School, Rustburg, Virginia, accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student, was sentenced to a total of 11 years for one count of indecent liberties with a child and three counts of electronic solicitation of a minor but Campbell County Circuit Court Judge John T. Cook suspended the time to be served to four months.


Cawthorne will also be on supervised probation for three years and must register as a sex offender. Cawthorne’s probation officer had testified that Cawthorne was bipolar with facets of hypersexuality which is probably the reason her sentence went from 11 years to four months.

In February Cawthorne pleaded no contest to one count of taking indecent liberties with a minor and three counts of electronic solicitation of a minor.

She was arrested in April 2012 on charges are based on incidents deputies believe took place between March 7 and March 13 when Cawthorne was a teacher at William Campbell Combined School. The student asked Cawthorne for her phone number, and the two began texting each other. The texts were of a sexual nature. On March 13, 2012, the two met at a store in Campbell County and rode around together in the student’s car, and the two had sexual intercourse. Kathleen Cawthorne also sent photos of herself showing the “upper part of her body” to the student.

Another teacher was shown the photos on another student’s phone and went to the principal. When the principal confronted Cawthorne, she admitted that the photos were of her and that she had allowed the student to touch her in private areas, but denied having sexual intercourse with the student. Kathleen Cawthorne, married mother of three, was released from her position with the school in March after the allegations surfaced.

The indecent liberties statute incorporates sexual touching or exposure.

Texas Mother of Two Sentenced for Sex with Teen

Judy Lynn Langford, alias Judy Lynn Harroff, 36-year-old former substitute teacher at Harmony ISD, Upshur County, Texas, has been sentenced to five years in prison Friday after pleading guilty to attempted sexual assault of a 16-year-old boy.

Langford was arrested in August 2012 and was indicted on charges of sexual assault of a child and online solicitation of a minor after an eight month long investigation. Under the plea bargain, Mrs. Langford agreed to forfeit her substitute teacher’s license and to register as a sex offender until 10 years after she is paroled.


According to court papers, police said the sexual encounters between female teacher and male students took place at school, where Langford also sent her own children, and her home. According to invrestigators, the alleged victims were aged 15 and 16. Langford, mother of two, was suspended from her job on December 1st 2011 after school officials were told she was under investigation for engaging in sex with an minor. The school had no knowledge that anything was happening during the academic year.

Stepmom sentenced for sex with stepson

Michelle Almonte-DeJesus, 27-year-old woman from Grand Island, Nebraska, who pleaded no contest to sexual assault charge in March has been sentenced to no jail for engaging in sex with her 15-year-old stepson.

Almonte-DeJesus will have to register as a sex offender and will spend five years on probation. She was also ordered that she not have a cell phone and have limited access to the internet.

As a result of the plea deal made with prosecutors, charges of incest, child pornography and creating obscene material against Almonte-DeJesus were dropped. According to records, the boy, who was 15 when sexual relationship with his stepmother began and turned 16 in June 2012, reported three incidents of first-degree sexual assault, eight incidents of incest, three incidents of consenting to child pornography and two incidents of creating obscene material.

While Michelle Almonte-DeJesus could have gotten 50 years in prison, Judge William Wright said in court last week he opted not to give her jail-time saying the boy might have been the one to instigate the sex acts. When the prosecuting attorney questioned whether this was a double standard, the judge told him the sentence is similar to one of his prior cases involving a man. Hall County's Deputy Attorney Jon Hendricks said this case involved a family member. "To me that was one of the most horrendous aspects of this was. She was supposed to be a mother-figure to him and taking care of him-raising him. And it's just a different dynamic. And to me it just appears she took advantage of this child."


Victims father Enrique Almonte-DeJesus Jr. says he suspected something illicit was going on with his wife and son after he thought he saw them kissing one day, so he came up with a plan to catch them red-handed. “One day prior, I went downstairs and I saw them kissing, sitting on the couch,” he said. “I had my doubts, and I acted as if I was going to work, and I returned and found them having sex in my home.” According to court documents, the woman and the 15-year-old traded nude photos of each other via cell phone and began having sex in January of last year.

44-year-old Mother Gets Probation for Sex with 16-year-old Boy

Lisa Footer, 44-year-old spanish teacher at Canandaigua Academy, Canandaigua, New York, accused of sexually abusing a 16-year-old male student has pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

Footer, , of 60 Clifton St., Manchester, , Ontario County was sentenced in Canandaigua City Court Wednesday to three years probation and will have to register as a level 1 sex offender. She has already given up her teaching license. She also pleaded to similar charges in Manchester Town Court. An order of protection was also granted for the victim. The victim was not a student in Footer’s class, said her attorney Stephen Sercu.

Footer, a married mother with two children - which makes her another mother who fucks with teen boys, was initially charged with sex abuse, forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child. She was arraigned in November 2012. The incident that led to the charges occurred in autumn 2012 in the parking lot of a local convenience store. Police say just before 10pm on a Saturday night female teacher and student were parked in the empty lot of the Byrne Dairy on South Main Street in Canandaigua. Court papers detail the alleged sexual encounter: "The Said defendant, Lisa A. Footer (Age 44) at the aforesaid date, time and location, did knowingly act in a manner likely to be injurious to the physical , mental and moral welfare of a child less than seventeen years olf ... by engaging in sexual conduct with ... said sexual conduct being Footer masturbating ... all contrary to the provision of the statute in such case made and provide."

According to investigators there might have been multiple encounters dating back to the summer 2012 and there fore they expected to bring more charges during the investigation of teacher student sex case. Police were looking into allegations of sexual encouters at the Manchester home where the teacher lived with her husband and two children. Lisa Footer's teenaged son is two years younger than- and aquainted with - the alleged victim.


Footer is not the first female teacher in Canandaigua charged with having an inappropriate relationship with a student. In 2010, another Canandaigua Academy teacher, Marla Gurecki-Haskins pled guilty and was sentenced to 45 days in jail and had to surrender her teaching certificate for having a sexual contact with a 17-year-old student inside a classroom.

Evelyn Rogers, 33-year-old special education teacher from Brooklyn, New York, has been accused of engaging in sexual intercourse on multiple occasions with a male student.

The Department of Education says that Rogers was appointed as a special education teacher at the school in 2011. The alleged sex acts between adult woman and teen boys began at the start of the school year and Reschke allegedly also gave the boys alcohol during several of the incidents. She also has two children ages 5 and 10 who were home during at least one of the encounters – 5 year old was attempting to get into the room where her mother was having sex with a teen boy to get the defendant’s but the defendant ignored her child.
In February Courtney Reschke pleaded not guilty Tuesday to 11 counts of lewd conduct with a minor, two counts of sexual abuse of a child under the age of 16 and seven counts of dispensing alcohol to minors.

She was indicted on 20 charges nearly three weeks after her arrest. The indictment alleged there were eight victims.
Courtney Reschke, now just another mother in heat, has been in the Ada County Jail since her arrest. The judge ordered psycho-sexual, substance abuse and mental health evaluations for Reschke.

Sentencing is set for June 20. Reschke could face up to life in prison.

Dalton, who was arrested in April last year for alleged sex acts with two students, pleaded guilty in February to one count of sexual conduct with a minor and two counts of attempted sexual conduct with a minor.

According to court documents, Melissa Dalton allegedly engaged in sexual acts with a 15-year-old boy and 16-year-old boy in her classroom and in her car on several occasions from February to April 2012.

Oro Valley police were notified of the alleged incidents on in April of last year when the parents of a 15-year-old student contacted school administrators. The parents found out about the alleged incident after the ninth grader told his cousin that Melissa Dalton performed oral sex on him in the back of her art room on April 27, 2012.

Dalton had sex on multiple occasions with the 16-year-old student who watched the encounter with her freshman student. The student had been bragging for weeks about having sex with Dalton. Both Dalton and the student admitted that they had intercourse twice in her car, once in the classroom, and on a separate occasion in the student’s bedroom.

Defense attorney Michael Piccarreta asked the judge to sentence Dalton to the minimum of two years in prison because she took responsibility for her actions, is remorseful, has sought therapy and has support from family and friends, several of whom were present at the sentencing hearing.

Dalton sobbed apologized for her actions. “I’m so sorry because I was completely wrong,” she told in court. “I was their teacher, and I broke that trust and I should be held accountable, and I should be held to a higher standard.” She said as a parent of two young boys, she understood how the families felt and said she would feel the same way. “I wish that there was an apology that I could give that would be able to heal their hearts,” she said.

Anyway, another mother who fucks teens will have to register as a sex offender when she is released from prison.

Her resignation came after Tumwater School District officials received an an anonymous letter informing them about the alleged sexual relationship between Courtney Keller and a teen student. The teenager told police the relationship ended earlier this year, around the same time the anonymous letter arrived at school district offices. Keller allegedly began a sexual relationship with the student two years ago when he was 16 years old – he is now 18, and dropped out of school in his senior year. the relationship began during the 2010-2011 school year when the victim was a sophomore and that it continued for two years, ending during the 2012-2013 school year when the victim was a senior.

The former student told police that the two began flirting, then “making out” and touching, all during his sophomore year in high school, when he was 16. Starting during his junior year, he said she began providing him “with tobacco and pain killers,” including Vicodin and Percoset.

They also began having sex during his junior year, the young man told police. The boy’s mother said that she thought it was odd he was spending so much time in detention without being referred there. Keller’s duties included supervising detention.
According to boy, Keller once attended a party with him at another student’s home and two students walked in on him having sex with Keller during the party. After that, the teen told police, “the entire school knew about his relationship with Keller.”

He said the relationship ended because Keller was falling in love, and she wanted to leave her husband and move in with him when he turned 18. The young man told police he was “really freaked” by this proposal.

The teens claim that Failla would send them pictures of her breasts and sometimes pictures of her genitalia. California City police searched Failla’s home and reported they seized computers and cellphones.

Failla pleaded no contest to one count of unlawful sexual intercourse, and multiple counts of oral copulation and contacting a minor with the intent to commit a sexual offense were dismissed.

Defense attorney Timothy Lemucchi said Failla is bipolar, and she was given a drug that has a side effect of making a person “hyperactively sexual.” Lemucchi said Failla was the recipient of poor medical treatment in that she wasn’t given a second drug to counteract those effects.

Amber Failla is scheduled for sentencing in May.

Hemet police do not believe the alleged encounters happened on campus, though all three males are students at Tahquitz High School. The school district put Henton on paid administrative during the investigation. During that time, detectives said they found two more victims. Erin Henton has served as director of the Tahquitz associated student body and was involved in student athletics.

Henton has two daughters with connections to the high school where her alleged victims attend. One of her daughters used to be a tutor there, and the other is currently a student.

Henton began meeting one of the boys outside of school in September 2012, and their sexual relationship continued for months until the police investigation was launched.

The Hemet Unified School District issued a statement on Henton’s arrest:
“The investigation involving an employee of Tahquitz High School for alleged crimes committed against a minor has resulted in an arrest,” the statement read. “We take these situations very seriously and have taken appropriate personnel actions in response to this arrest to ensure the safety of our students and staff.”

The older woman touched him inappropriately on several occasions, performing oral sex on him and sexually assaulting him at her home, in the parking lots near fast food restaurants and supermarkets, according to a criminal complaint from Moosic police. When the boy returned home, Ms. Eiden sent him cigarettes and chewing tobacco through the mail, along with picture messages via cellphone of her breasts, vagina and naked body, police said.

The investigation also revealed a second victim, then 12 years old, who told police Ms. Eiden, mother of two, grabbed his testicles and fondled him when she gave him a hug, making him uncomfortable, according to a complaint.

Eiden’s neighbors in Moosic said they often saw children at Eiden’s home but, since she has two children of her own they never suspected anything was wrong and never believed that the mother next door would be fucking with young boys in the neighborhood.

In January Eisenberg made a plea agreement that calls for 90 days in jail and sex offender intensive supervised probation. The sentence handed down by the judge was what prosecutors and Eisenberg’s defense attorney had agreed. In addition to jail time and probation, Eisenberg was ordered to register as sex offender.

Eisenberg, who had been teaching in the Greeley-Evans School District for 20 years, was booked into the Weld County Jail after police received an online tip about the relationship. Rhonda Eisenberg, mother of two children from her previous marriage, admitted to having an affair with a 17-year-old student in 2010. The boy is the father of Eisenberg’s 2-year-old daughter. The 17-year-old victim lived in the same house with Eisenberg from 2010 to 2011. According to court documents Mrs. Eisenberg had sex with the young boy 20 to 30 times between June and September 2010 while he was under her care. She became his legal guardian when she brought him to the U.S. to go to school after she became friends with his parents during a trip to Mexico. Several months before the boy graduated, Eisenberg gave birth to a Hispanic baby and coworkers and family suspected she had a relationship with the victim.

The victim, who is now 20, was also present in court and addressed the court asking the judge to allow written contact. The judge agreed.

After being sentenced for sex with teen boy, Eisenberg apologized tearfully in court. “It was my responsibility to protect him,” she told the court. “I’m sorry for any of the negative effects this will have on him. I do regret what I’ve done … I want to apologize to my family, my former students and their parents. I often think about them and how disappointed they must be in me.” She also told judge “”I’m not a bad person,” and, “I just want to go home to my kids.”

n an interview with investigators the boy said they had sex at least 50 times during the affair that lasted from September 2010 to August 2011. Carter-McCabe and the teen boy reportedly exchange a large number of explicit photographs and messages during the course of the relationship

During questioning, the teen told detectives that Melody Carter-McCabe had a purple vibrator that he allowed him to use on her. Detectives found the vibrator in a nightstand at the teacher’s home. The student also showed photographs of a woman in her panties on his cell phone that he stated belonged to Carter-McCabe. He described specific details about her body, including that she has a tattoo of a Japanese water symbol on her ankle.

Police launched an investigation in March after rumours began circulating at Livingston High School where Carter-McCabe worked as a agriculture teacher. She met the teen boy when she began mentoring the student through Future Farmers of America (FFA). The boy’s parents had no idea his son had been spending time at Carter-McCabe’s Atwater home. On those days, the boy said he was either with friends or at FFA events.

It was also reported that Carter-McCabe was in the midst divorcing her husband of more than six year. She filed for divorce in September, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

The sexual relationship between the teen student and female teacher reportedly ended in 2011 when the couple decided that their age difference would make it impossible to be together until he was older. According to the father of the boy, he took the breakup of the relationship particularly hard in August 2011. He began to notice something was wrong because his son’s grades started going down. He also began to lose interest in sports and extracurricular activities.

Carter-McCabe, mother of a 6-year-old, will also serve five years felony probation but won’t have to register as a sex offender. She is scheduled to report to jail on May 28th and will get credit for the week she’s already spent. Clearly another double standard case - If she was a he, there is no way in hell the sentence would be only five months. And they would  definitely be on the sex offender registry.

Kelly Blazek, Another Virginia Mom Who Likes Her Sex Partners Young'N'Drugged

Kelly C Blazek, 32-year-old woman from Stafford County, Virginia, has been arrested on two felony charges after being accused of providing drugs to and having sex with a 15-year-old boy.
The investigation began last month after police received information about the alleged sexual relations between teen boy and Blazek, who is charged with distributing drugs to a minor and crimes against nature.

The boy told investigators that he rode with Blazek to Triangle one day last summer to get some pills he referred to as “roxies” (Oxycodene). After then returned to Blazek’s home on Bel Plains Drive in southern Stafford Blazek offered hin a pil in exchange for sex and began fondling and sexually touchin him on the living room couch. Kelly Blazek is married and has small children, but her husband and children were not at home that day, court records state. After they had been “making out on the coch about five minutes” according to the boy, Mrs Blazek led him into her bedroom, where they performed sex acts for about 10 minutes - as a sex offend, that's pretty short time compared to some other mothers who fuck teens for years.

According to the Code of Virginia, the drug charge is a far more serious offense than the sex-related charge. If convicted, Blazek would face a prison term of between 10 and 50 years with a mandatory minimum of five years to serve.

He lied to protect Adams, the teen testified. Some months later he told both of his parents about having sex with Adams, and his father took him to the sheriff’s department to talk with a detective.

Dana Adams pleaded not guilty to charges of aggravated child molestation, child molestation, and contributing to the delinquency of minor. She testified that she committed no crimes during a weekend in fall 2011 when a young male relative and the boy spent the weekend at her home - the allegations against her were made up in revenge because she reported to the sheriff’s department that the boyfriend of the alleged victim’s mother stole her debit card during a January 2012 visit to her home. The man threatened her, Adams testified, that if he was arrested the boy would say she molested him.
She had allowed the boy to spend weekends at her home occasionally so he could spend time with a young male relative of hers, Adams testified. The last time the alleged victim stayed, in the fall of 2011, nothing unusual happened, she said. The boys played video games, ate pizza and socialized with a couple of friends and a neighbor.

Adams begged the judge not to send her to prison, but Judge J. David Roper explained that he had no choice. The mandatory minimum sentence for child molestation is 25 years in prison. He imposed that and added two additional years’ incarceration for the misdemeanors.

Christy McGough, 35-year-old woman from Columbus, Mississippi, has been sentenced to five years in prison for having sex with two teen boys, friends of her stepson.

A jury found 35-year-old Christy McGough guilty last week of two counts of sexual battery. Circuit Judge Lee Howard sentenced her to concurrent 10-year sentences but suspended five years of each term, meaning she will serve only five years.

Prosecutors say the two teenagers told authorities they had sex sevreal occasions with McGough in her home in the spring of 2011 until she was arrested in May of 2011. They were each 15 at the time. One of the alleged victims was living with the McGough. McGough, who was 33 at the time of the alleged incident, was arrested May 5, 2011 at her home, located at 1153 Lake Lowndes Road in New Hope. She now lives in Florida.

The situation and the sexual relationship between adult woman and two teen boys came to light when the mother of one of the victims arrived at New Hope High School to bring lunch to her son, only to discover that he had been checked out of school without her permission by McGough. Both boys were friends with McGough’s 15-year-old stepson. The juvenile, who was temporarily living in the house with McGough, testified that he frequently engaged in sex acts with Mrs McGougs and had sexual intercourse with her on more than 30 occasions. Most of the sex was just between two of them, but occasionally another teen boy participated in threesome.

The other victim testified that he thought of Christy McGough as his “best friend,” telling the court that often, after sex, she and he would lie in bed together and he would confide in her about school and other things. He said they had sex four times — twice one-on-one and twice groupsex with the other alleged victim. Both said they cared about McGough and enjoyed the sexual relationship with her, as she “knew stuff and trick that girls of their own age did not know, and was open for threesome and other experiments.”

When she was arrested McGough signed a statement that day asserting the allegations were true, but defense attorney James Powell said she was intimidated into making a confession, adding that she did not have her glasses and was under the influence of Klonopin, a benzodiazepine drug commonly used to treat seizures, panic disorder and anxiety. County Sheriff’s Office investigator Tony Perkins, who took the statement, told assistant district attorney and prosecutor Mark Jackson in his testimony that he did not see McGough take any medication and she did not appear to have difficulty speaking or walking while shackled in hand and ankle cuffs. Head nurse at the Lowndes County Adult Detention Center testified she was the only nurse on duty when McGough was brought into the jail and she did not give her any medication during her overnight stay.

During the court proceedings nothing indicated that Christy McGough would have had sexual relations also with her teen stepson, even there were some rumours after her arrest. The boy was in Orlando on a school field trip on the day of his stepmother’s arrest but testified that he was usually home when the other boys were around. “She was very nice to (my friends),” he said. “It didn’t ever seem like she was treating them as anything more than a friend.”

Billingsley was convicted on three counts of first-degree felony sodomy, three counts of first-degree felony forcible sexual abuse and one count of rape. After her sentencing in 2010 3rd District Court Judge Robert Adkins vacated the convictions and ordered a new trial. The judge decided there were some errors at trial, including the omission of evidence about the victims’ prior sexual knowledge and experience. In a rrecent ruling written by Associate Chief Justice Ronald Nehring, the Utah Supreme Court found that the exclusion of the victim’s history “was proper and the other claimed errors and irregularities do not require reversal because they did not prejudice Ms. Billingsley.” The court ordered that Adkins’ order granting a new trial be reversed and that her convictions be reinstated.

The charges stemmed from incidents that occurred last year with one of the teens while she supervised him during in-school suspension, as well as other acts that occurred involving the same teen and others in a local park. Prosecutors alleged Billingsley used her position as an aide who supervised an in-school suspension classroom to troll for a teenage boy with whom she could have a sexual relationshipThe 15-year-old boy claimed the teacher’s aide approached him in a classroom the spring of 2009, as another student in detention slept at a desk nearby. Billingsley set her cell phone on the victim’s desk and shared a photo of her nude breasts with the boy asking if that was what “he was looking for”. After that Billingsley started rubbing the boy’s body through his clothes, put her hand down his pants and proceeded to perform oral sex on the student.

Billingsley met with her young victim a second time later that summer, after she had texted photos of her nude breasts to the boy. They arranged to meet at the middle school, where Billingsley picked up the boy in her SUV along with the boy’s teenage friend. The trio drove to West Jordan Park where she began kissing and fondling one of the boys in the front seat of her SUV. That boy stopped kissing Billingsley at one point and asked the woman whether she planned to bring his friend into the activity.
Billingsley then moved in the back seat of the vehicle and had the boys sit on each side of her, one of the boys testified, and she then fondled both boys at the same time. It was only interrupted when mother of one of the victims called and picked the boys up at the park. The two boys went to Walgreens with the mother, but persuaded her to bring them back to the park, where Andrea Billingsley was waiting for them to return. The boys did not dare immediately tell the mother what happened with their former teacher, they testified.
When the boys returned to Billingsley’s vehicle she first performed oral sex on one of the boys who then left the vehicle, while the teacher had sex with other boy in the backseat.

DNA evidence extracted from Billingsley’s vehicle — from a spot where one of the victims claimed he ejaculated — was determined to be seminal fluid. An analyst from the state crime lab testified that seminal fluid matched the DNA of one of the 15-year-old boys. Defense attorney Rhome Dean Zabriskie had argued that the fluid was from Billingsley’s husband, who reportedly had sex with his wife in the vehicle. Billings has been married for 17 years and has two teen sons - she seemed to have all one could wish for but threw it away so she could be another mother who fucks with teen boys.

Sarah Adleta, 28-year-old woman from Oviedo, Florida, was arrested last week on child pornography charges.

Adleta is being held without bond and has been charged with three counts of childpornography. According to the FBI, 28-year-old Sarah Adleta sexually abused children, recorded it and then shared the content on the Internet. Arrest was made after investigators learned that Adleta allegedly sent images of herself sexually abusing children to a man in North Carolina. That man was later arrested for having sex with a child. Adleta used Skype, email, and her cell phone to send images of the sex acts.

According to authorities, Sarah Adleta admitted she started producing child porn a year ago. She told that she he performed sex acts on the child while using the video-conference program Skype while being watched by a North Carolina man Aaron Dixon, the complaint said. On one occasion, Adleta gave the child rum. Agents who reviewed Adleta’s computer said they found child pornography on the device.

Adleta is a student at the University of Central Florida.

Kennard has been arraigned on second-degree rape and criminal sex act charges for her alleged involvement with a former student, who she befriended when the boy was in middle schoolseveral years ago. Older woman and the young boy allegedly had been having sexual relationship for several years before police began their investigation after they became aware of possible inappropriate behaviors between an East Irondequoit School District teacher’s aide and a former student on Thursday, March 14.

After two day investigation Jennifer Kennard was charged with rape and criminal sex act. She has been a teacher’s aid at East Irondequoit Middle School since 2009. According to police Kennard met the student in 2009, when he was just 12. She was “infatuated” with the male student and began “grooming” him, bought him gifts and took him into her own home to allegedly take advantage of him. The boys slept at her family’s home in Irondequoit and was considered “part of the family.”

Kennard’s husband says that the accusations are a misunderstanding, and he stands by his wife.

The alleged victim, who was 13 years old when the alleged sex acts began, is no longer under Kennard’s supervision.

The school district says Jennifer Kennard has been placed on administrative leave. She was arraigned in Irondequoit Town Court last  Friday but posted 10-thousand dollars cash bail and is now free. Police say they are investigating to determine if there could be other victims or if Kennard took the teen to other locations, which could result in additional charges.

Patience Perez Schemed to Kill Husband With Her 15-Year-Old Lover

Patience Justine Perez, 22-year-old school security assistant and mother of two from Norfolk, Virginia, has been arrested for sexual relationship with teen student and planning to kill his husband.

Perez was charged in Norfolk earlier this week in connection with the murder scheme. She also faces multiple charges of taking indecent liberties with a child by a person in a custodial or supervisory relationship, and a charge of using a communications system to facilitate certain crimes against children.

Perez, whose home address is in a community near Naval Station Norfolk reserved for active-duty military personnel, had consensual sex with the young teen on multiple occasion starting in February in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Renaissance Academy, where Perez worked and the boy attended, is an alternative public school for students in middle and high school grades. It offers behavioral, academic and credit recovery programs, according to school division spokeswoman Kathleen O’Hara. Perez had worked at the school on a temporary basis since Aug. 22 and was fired March 5, O’Hara said. Virginia Beach police said that on March 4, school authorities notified them and child protective services that Perez had “inappropriate contact” with the boy. Perez took the boy to her home on multiple occasions in February, and that’s where the sexual abuse occurred. She also said Perez and the boy used mobile phones to exchange pornographic images.

Norfolk police spokeswoman Karen Parker-Chesson said Patience Perez and the boy engaged in at least one conversation to plan to kill Perez’s husband, who serves in the Navy and had just returned home when scathing accusations of her sexual conduct made by the school’s administration were confirmed.



The bail sheet also said that Perez was “terminated due to having sex with 15-year-old student and smoking marijuana with him”.
More notes on the sheet said “both admit to sex and drugs” and “numerous sexual encounters in Virginia Beach and Norfolk”.


Police are now searching for any additional victims, while is being held in the Norfolk City Jail without bond, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 10.

38-year-old school aide and mother of two seduced boy on facebook and had sex with him in storage room

Maria Calvillo, 38-year-old nurse’s aide at Taylor High School, Houston, Texas, is accused of having sex with a student in storage room.

Calvillo, who is married and has children of her own, is charged with two counts of felony improper relationship with a student. When interviewed by investigators she initially denied having sex with the student, but officials say she later provided additional details about their relationship, including physical contact on two occasions. Woman-boy sex episodes reportedly happened early in the morning at the school.

Court documents show that investigators were called in after the student’s mother found sexually charged conversations between her son and Calvillo on Facebook in October 2012. Calvillo reportedly told investigators with Alief ISD police that her conversations with the student, which she held under a fake name on Facebook, started as simple conversation and turned into “somewhat sexual kind of discussions,” court documents state.

That sex chatting between adult woman and teen boy finally lead to sex, and according to court papers, “…On the morning of September 24, 2012 at around 0645 hours complainant and suspect entered the clinic storage room and engaged in sexual intercourse…while both parties were on the floor of the storage room with various items of clothing removed.”

The student was interviewed by investigators and confirmed the sexual relationship with school nurse.

Calvillo’s bond was set at $20,000 it is unknown whether or not Maria Calvillo is still an employee of Taylor High in Houston.

Nebraska Stepmom Had Sexual Relationship with Teen Stepson

Michelle Almonte-DeJesus, 27-year-old woman from Grand Island, Nebraska, who was arrested  in August 2012 for an incestious sexual relationship with her step son, has pleaded no contest to sexual assault charges.

As a result of the plea deal, charges of incest, child pornography and creating obscene material against Almonte-DeJesus were dropped. According to records, the boy, who was 15 when sexual relationship with his stepmother began and turned 16 in June, reported three incidents of first-degree sexual assault, eight incidents of incest, three incidents of consenting to child pornography and two incidents of creating obscene material.

Victims father Enrique Almonte-DeJesus Jr. says he suspected something illicit was going on with his wife and son after he thought he saw them kissing one day, so he came up with a plan to catch them red-handed. “One day prior, I went downstairs and I saw them kissing, sitting on the couch,” he said. “I had my doubts, and I acted as if I was going to work, and I returned and found them having sex in my home.”

Police say the woman and the 15-year-old traded nude photos of each other via cell phone and began having sex in January of last year. The boy  is listed as missing. He was reportedly living at the Boys Town shelter in Grand Island for some time last fall but ran away during a field trip.

Michelle Almonte-DeJesus was released from the hall county jail after posting $5,000 bond, and she will be sentenced May 8.

Destiny Ruth Witte, 32-year-old mother from Lakeland, Florida, who was arrested for sex acts she performed on a a teen boy in public bathroom at Lake Bonny Park, has pleaded guilty to engaging in sex with a 14-year-old boy and agreed to two years of community control and 11 years of probation in exchange for that plea.
Witte, who was set to be married in just a couple of weeks after her arrest in July 2012 faced one count of lewd battery on a child under 16 and two counts of lewd conduct with a child under 16.
The victims family became suspicious after seeing Witte spending a lot of time with the child. A relative invited Witte to family home for a chat, and Witte arrived wearing ‘provocative clothes’ and embraced the teen in a ‘very passionate’ manner during the ‘awkward’ meeting. After that local police was contacted and a phone call between the teen boy and older woman was arranged while officers were listening their conversation. When one of the detectives broke into the conversation, the 32-year-old agreed to meet with them and was Witte arrested later that night at her mother’s home.

Before Destiny Witte and the young boy allegedly had sex in the park, they had some kind of relationship going on at least a couple of weeks – they met in person several times and had exchanged several text messages. On that specific day at the park, 32-year-old woman and 14-year-old boy kissed and made out before Witte took the boy to bathroom where they had sex.

Destiny Witte, who has 3 children of her own, later said to police officers that she felt ‘sick to her stomach and realized what she had done was wrong…and would be willing to get counseling or do anything to “make this right”,’ according to the arrest report. Court records show Witte’s lawyer had been seeking to suppress Witte’s interview with police, arguing she had not been properly advised of her rights.

After court hearing, Witte told Bay News 9 that she wasn’t guilty of the crime and took the plea deal to move forward with her life.
“I know what I did and didn’t do, and I’m innocent in this case and this kid knows it,” she said.

Christina Powell Hired a Teen Boy for Babysitting so she could have sex with him more often

Christina Powell, 39-year-old former special education teacher from Middletown, Connecticut, who was arrested in Fenbruary 2012 for allegedly having sex with a 16-year-old student, has accepted a plea deal she was offered in December.

Powell, of 24 Dobson Circle, is charged with second-degree sexual assault for allegedly having a sexual relationship with one of her students for about two years. The state has extended a plea deal offer to Powell, and Powell entered a guilty plea yesterday morning.

Powell earlier pleaded not guilty on Feb. 22 2012 through her attorney. Police were assigned to investigate a “possible improper relationship” between Powell and a student whom Powell had been teaching from eighth grade at Woodrow Wilson Middle School through 10th grade at Middletown High School, according to the warrant. The victim’s mother reported to police that she was concerned about the relationship between Powell and the victim after allegedly finding out that Powell pretended to be the victim’s mother and signed a juvenile summons for an incident where the victim was charged with shoplifting, according to the warrant. The victim’s mother told police that Powell “was very involved” with the victim since eighth grade. At the time, the mother appreciated the effort, according to the warrant. At one point mother found pair of Victoria Secret “Pink” brand V-string panties under her son matress with a Maloney High School class ring with name “Christine Doyle” carved inside it. Powell admitted to police that both items were hers and that she had given right to the victim.

The boy began babysitting her children in 2010. She would drive the boy and his friends around and signed them passes to be late for class.

In an interview with the police Christina Powell admitted that the relationship with the boy had turned sexual around April 2011, shortly after victims 16th birthday. Powell told that victim had tried to kiss her on mouth and she thought that he were joking, but when he did it again she kissed him back on the mouth, and that victim slipped her hands under her shirt and bra feeling her breasts. After that they “messed around” physically a couple of times before they had actual sex. Second time victim put his fingers in her vagina and “fingered her”. Shortly after those sex acts they began to have actual sex with full intercourse. According to interview, Powell told that she would pick up the teen boy about a once a week and drove him to her house to have sex with her in her bedroom. During the summer they had sex more often, usually several times a week. When the school started again, they were back having sex usually once a week. She also told that everything was consensual and that she never pressured or forced him to do anything.

During the course of the preliminary investigation, Powell had admitted to police that she had sent the boy nude photos of herself via cell phone.

Prosecutors recommended that the judge administer a sentence of five years in prison, to be commuted after 18 months, pending a 10-year probation. Powell would also be compelled to register as a sex offender. A Sentencing hearing is scheduled for June 7.

After arriving in Altus, Lambert rented a motel room and engaged in several sexual acts with the minor.

Lambert, who is a mother of teen girl. told a teen boy to send a pornographic picture of himself to her, attempted to entice a boy to have sex with her and twice drove a boy from Texas to Oklahoma to have sex.

She was remanded into custody at the time of her guilty plea, and her custody was continued following the sentencing hearing. “I’ll forever live with the guilt and shame of what I’ve done,” Shanice Lambert said before U.S. District Judge Mary Lou and begged for a chance to return to her husband and children.

Lambert must register as a sex offender, must not contact the victim and cannot be unsupervised around children who are under the age of 18.

She did her plea under the Alford Doctrine, meaning she does not agree with all the facts alleged by the state’s attorney, but chose to accept the plea deal rather than go to trial. According to Supervisory Assistant State’s Attorney Barbara Hoffman, Kimmi Bouchard created an environment which allowed her daughter and the minor to be in a relationship and become involved with drugs and alcohol. Hoffman said there are pictures of Kimmi and Loni Bouchard smoking marijuana.

Defence Attorney Jack O’Donnell, who represents both Kimmi Bouchard and her daughter, said Kimmi Bouchard was immature in the way she parented, but knew that teens experiment with drugs and alcohol and tried to make it in a safe environment.

Loni Bouchard was also in court last week, and her case was continued to March 15. She has three cases pending in court, two out of Southington and one out of Clinton.

After her initial arrest in July 2011 for the alleged sex acts with a 14-year-old boy she babysat regularly, local police learned Bouchard had a sexual relationship with a second 14-year-old from Southington and arrested her again in September same year. She faces second-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a child charges in all instances. In the third case, located in Clinton , she also faces an illegal purchase of alcohol for a minor charge. She allegedly plied boys with alcohol and marijuana allegedly supplied by her mother.

In the arrest warrant affidavit for the July arrest, police said Bouchard referred to a sexual relationship with a boy in November 2010. She met the boy involved in the July arrest in December 2010, when she was hired to babysit him and his siblings at their Southington home, according to the affidavit. According to police records, Bouchard repeatedly stayed over at the home of the boy, and offered him alcohol and marijuana in addition to having sex with him. The boy’s mother eventually discovered their relationship through Facebook messages, she notified police.

In the handwritten notes Bouchard writes about the 'amazing' sex she had with the third boy and professed her love for him, included a notebook with a photo of Justin Bieber on the cover.
