Shanice Lambert indicted on sex related charges

Shanice Lambert, 37-year-old married mother with children who worked as a teacher's aide with the Childress Independent School District, Texas, was arrested in March has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Lubbock on sex related charges.

According to the Court documents, Shanice Lambert was indicted for production of child pornography, enticement of a minor, and two counts of transportation of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.

The indictment said Lambert recorded a boy’s sexual activity and sent the recording to different states in February. Lambert attempted to entice a boy to have sex with her and drove a boy on two occasions from Texas to Oklahoma to have sex with her, the indictments said. When the accusations came to light on March 20th, Lambert was placed on administrative leave. A few days later on March 23rd, Lambert was officially fired from her job with Childress ISD.

Lambert began working for Childress ISD in 2008, DPS said. If convicted, Lambert could face up to 30 years in prison for the child porn charge and up to life in prison for each of the remaining charges.
