Courtney Sue Reschke, 35-year-old mother from Kuna, Idaho, accused of serving alcohol and having sex with several teen boys, has pleaded guilty to six counts of lewd conduct with a minor. All felony charges she admitted to involved sexual acts with a same 15-year-old boy.

Two months ago Reschke pleaded not guilty to the same crimes. As part of a plea deal, six other lewd conduct counts and two counts of sexual abuse of a minor under 16 were dropped. In addtion to pleading guilty to sex crime charges, Reschke also entered Alford pleas to seven counts of giving alcohol to minors. Under Alford plea, Reschke does not admit she is guilty but acknowledges prosecutors have enough evidence to gain a conviction.

Reschke, mother of three, was arrested in December 2012 for alleged several sexual encounters with boys, who are friends of her oldest child aged ten, at her home in the 400 block of North Sourwood Avenue. The alleged sex acts between adult woman and teen boys began at the start of the school year and Reschke allegedly also gave the boys alcohol during several of the incidents. She also has two children ages 5 and 10 who were home during at least one of the encounters – 5 year old was attempting to get into the room where her mother was having sex with a teen boy to get the defendant’s but the defendant ignored her child.
In February Courtney Reschke pleaded not guilty Tuesday to 11 counts of lewd conduct with a minor, two counts of sexual abuse of a child under the age of 16 and seven counts of dispensing alcohol to minors.

She was indicted on 20 charges nearly three weeks after her arrest. The indictment alleged there were eight victims.
Courtney Reschke, now just another mother in heat, has been in the Ada County Jail since her arrest. The judge ordered psycho-sexual, substance abuse and mental health evaluations for Reschke.

Sentencing is set for June 20. Reschke could face up to life in prison.

Female Teacher Who Had sex with Two Teens Got Prison

Melissa Dalton, 34-year-old former art teacher at Ironwood Ridge High School, Tucson, Arizona, was  sentenced to three years in prison and eight years’ probation. She was also ordered to register as a sex offender.

Dalton, who was arrested in April last year for alleged sex acts with two students, pleaded guilty in February to one count of sexual conduct with a minor and two counts of attempted sexual conduct with a minor.

According to court documents, Melissa Dalton allegedly engaged in sexual acts with a 15-year-old boy and 16-year-old boy in her classroom and in her car on several occasions from February to April 2012.

Oro Valley police were notified of the alleged incidents on in April of last year when the parents of a 15-year-old student contacted school administrators. The parents found out about the alleged incident after the ninth grader told his cousin that Melissa Dalton performed oral sex on him in the back of her art room on April 27, 2012.

Dalton had sex on multiple occasions with the 16-year-old student who watched the encounter with her freshman student. The student had been bragging for weeks about having sex with Dalton. Both Dalton and the student admitted that they had intercourse twice in her car, once in the classroom, and on a separate occasion in the student’s bedroom.

Defense attorney Michael Piccarreta asked the judge to sentence Dalton to the minimum of two years in prison because she took responsibility for her actions, is remorseful, has sought therapy and has support from family and friends, several of whom were present at the sentencing hearing.

Dalton sobbed apologized for her actions. “I’m so sorry because I was completely wrong,” she told in court. “I was their teacher, and I broke that trust and I should be held accountable, and I should be held to a higher standard.” She said as a parent of two young boys, she understood how the families felt and said she would feel the same way. “I wish that there was an apology that I could give that would be able to heal their hearts,” she said.

Anyway, another mother who fucks teens will have to register as a sex offender when she is released from prison.

Courtney Keller, 28-year-old teacher’s aide at Black Hills High School, Tumwater, Washington, was arrested last month a for having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a Black Hills High student for nearly two years.

Keller, a married mother of a 4-year-old daughter, pleaded not guilty and was eleased from jail on her personal recognizance.

Courtney Keller handled student discipline at Black Hills High School for seven years and resigned in February this year. Her resignation came after Tumwater School District officials received an an anonymous letter informing them about the alleged sexual relationship between Courtney Keller and a teen student. The teenager told police the relationship ended earlier this year, around the same time the anonymous letter arrived at school district offices. Keller allegedly began a sexual relationship with the student two years ago when he was 16 years old – he is now 18, and dropped out of school in his senior year. the relationship began during the 2010-2011 school year when the victim was a sophomore and that it continued for two years, ending during the 2012-2013 school year when the victim was a senior.

The former student told police that the two began flirting, then “making out” and touching, all during his sophomore year in high school, when he was 16. Starting during his junior year, he said she began providing him “with tobacco and pain killers,” including Vicodin and Percoset.

They also began having sex during his junior year, the young man told police. The boy’s mother said that she thought it was odd he was spending so much time in detention without being referred there. Keller’s duties included supervising detention.
According to boy, Keller once attended a party with him at another student’s home and two students walked in on him having sex with Keller during the party. After that, the teen told police, “the entire school knew about his relationship with Keller.”

He said the relationship ended because Keller was falling in love, and she wanted to leave her husband and move in with him when he turned 18. The young man told police he was “really freaked” by this proposal.

One of the teens told to investigators that Failla grabbed his hand and put them on her breasts and said, “this is like candy to me.”

The teens claim that Failla would send them pictures of her breasts and sometimes pictures of her genitalia. California City police searched Failla’s home and reported they seized computers and cellphones.

Failla pleaded no contest to one count of unlawful sexual intercourse, and multiple counts of oral copulation and contacting a minor with the intent to commit a sexual offense were dismissed.

Defense attorney Timothy Lemucchi said Failla is bipolar, and she was given a drug that has a side effect of making a person “hyperactively sexual.” Lemucchi said Failla was the recipient of poor medical treatment in that she wasn’t given a second drug to counteract those effects.

Amber Failla is scheduled for sentencing in May.

Henton also allegedly exchanged “improper, illegal” images with the boys via text message. If convicted, she could face up to 10 years and four months in prison.
Hemet police do not believe the alleged encounters happened on campus, though all three males are students at Tahquitz High School. The school district put Henton on paid administrative during the investigation. During that time, detectives said they found two more victims. Erin Henton has served as director of the Tahquitz associated student body and was involved in student athletics.

Henton has two daughters with connections to the high school where her alleged victims attend. One of her daughters used to be a tutor there, and the other is currently a student.

Henton began meeting one of the boys outside of school in September 2012, and their sexual relationship continued for months until the police investigation was launched.

The Hemet Unified School District issued a statement on Henton’s arrest:
“The investigation involving an employee of Tahquitz High School for alleged crimes committed against a minor has resulted in an arrest,” the statement read. “We take these situations very seriously and have taken appropriate personnel actions in response to this arrest to ensure the safety of our students and staff.”

This naughty mother is being held on $1 million bail. She and her attorney, Jason Najarian, requested a bail review hearing before Riverside County Superior Court Judge Elaine Johnson in the hope of persuading the judge that the defendant is neither a flight risk nor poses a danger to society.

The 14-year-old boy, who said the sexual assaults took place during the summer he stayed at his grandmother’s in the borough in 2012, told police it was on the back porch of a home in Moosic that a mother in the neighborhood made her first sexual advances. The older woman touched him inappropriately on several occasions, performing oral sex on him and sexually assaulting him at her home, in the parking lots near fast food restaurants and supermarkets, according to a criminal complaint from Moosic police. When the boy returned home, Ms. Eiden sent him cigarettes and chewing tobacco through the mail, along with picture messages via cellphone of her breasts, vagina and naked body, police said.

The investigation also revealed a second victim, then 12 years old, who told police Ms. Eiden, mother of two, grabbed his testicles and fondled him when she gave him a hug, making him uncomfortable, according to a complaint.

Eiden’s neighbors in Moosic said they often saw children at Eiden’s home but, since she has two children of her own they never suspected anything was wrong and never believed that the mother next door would be fucking with young boys in the neighborhood.

Eiden’s attorney says Eiden doesn’t deny having sex with the boy but says she’s not in control of her actions. She admitted to police she had sex with the older boy for the first time when the two were alone in her home sometime around July 4.

Kimberly Eiden is in Lackawanna County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 24.

In January Eisenberg made a plea agreement that calls for 90 days in jail and sex offender intensive supervised probation. The sentence handed down by the judge was what prosecutors and Eisenberg’s defense attorney had agreed. In addition to jail time and probation, Eisenberg was ordered to register as sex offender.

Eisenberg, who had been teaching in the Greeley-Evans School District for 20 years, was booked into the Weld County Jail after police received an online tip about the relationship. Rhonda Eisenberg, mother of two children from her previous marriage, admitted to having an affair with a 17-year-old student in 2010. The boy is the father of Eisenberg’s 2-year-old daughter. The 17-year-old victim lived in the same house with Eisenberg from 2010 to 2011. According to court documents Mrs. Eisenberg had sex with the young boy 20 to 30 times between June and September 2010 while he was under her care. She became his legal guardian when she brought him to the U.S. to go to school after she became friends with his parents during a trip to Mexico. Several months before the boy graduated, Eisenberg gave birth to a Hispanic baby and coworkers and family suspected she had a relationship with the victim.

The victim, who is now 20, was also present in court and addressed the court asking the judge to allow written contact. The judge agreed.

After being sentenced for sex with teen boy, Eisenberg apologized tearfully in court. “It was my responsibility to protect him,” she told the court. “I’m sorry for any of the negative effects this will have on him. I do regret what I’ve done … I want to apologize to my family, my former students and their parents. I often think about them and how disappointed they must be in me.” She also told judge “”I’m not a bad person,” and, “I just want to go home to my kids.”
