Pamela Smallis, 49-year-old woman from Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, has waived her right to a preliminary hearing on more than 100 child-porn-related charges.
Smallis, of Stocker Drive, faces 107 counts of charges of child porn possession, photographing child-sex acts, sexual exploitation of children, unlawful contact, endangering the welfare of children, corruption of minors, obstruction of justice and criminal use of a cell phone.
Smallis, who has residences listed in Moon and Oakdale, is accused of owning 33 photos and two videos showing children engaged in sexual activity following her September arrest. In April, Moon police charged Smallis with a series of drug offenses that included controlled buys in Sewickley. On two occassions last year, she met with informants to sell marijuana and prescription drugs in Sewickley. She previously waived those charges in August.
Pamela Smallis is former owner of a child-care service, which was closed by order of the state Department of Public Welfare in 2010.
