Stepmom sentenced for sex with stepson

Michelle Almonte-DeJesus, 27-year-old woman from Grand Island, Nebraska, who pleaded no contest to sexual assault charge in March has been sentenced to no jail for engaging in sex with her 15-year-old stepson.

Almonte-DeJesus will have to register as a sex offender and will spend five years on probation. She was also ordered that she not have a cell phone and have limited access to the internet.

As a result of the plea deal made with prosecutors, charges of incest, child pornography and creating obscene material against Almonte-DeJesus were dropped. According to records, the boy, who was 15 when sexual relationship with his stepmother began and turned 16 in June 2012, reported three incidents of first-degree sexual assault, eight incidents of incest, three incidents of consenting to child pornography and two incidents of creating obscene material.

While Michelle Almonte-DeJesus could have gotten 50 years in prison, Judge William Wright said in court last week he opted not to give her jail-time saying the boy might have been the one to instigate the sex acts. When the prosecuting attorney questioned whether this was a double standard, the judge told him the sentence is similar to one of his prior cases involving a man. Hall County's Deputy Attorney Jon Hendricks said this case involved a family member. "To me that was one of the most horrendous aspects of this was. She was supposed to be a mother-figure to him and taking care of him-raising him. And it's just a different dynamic. And to me it just appears she took advantage of this child."


Victims father Enrique Almonte-DeJesus Jr. says he suspected something illicit was going on with his wife and son after he thought he saw them kissing one day, so he came up with a plan to catch them red-handed. “One day prior, I went downstairs and I saw them kissing, sitting on the couch,” he said. “I had my doubts, and I acted as if I was going to work, and I returned and found them having sex in my home.” According to court documents, the woman and the 15-year-old traded nude photos of each other via cell phone and began having sex in January of last year.

44-year-old Mother Gets Probation for Sex with 16-year-old Boy

Lisa Footer, 44-year-old spanish teacher at Canandaigua Academy, Canandaigua, New York, accused of sexually abusing a 16-year-old male student has pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

Footer, , of 60 Clifton St., Manchester, , Ontario County was sentenced in Canandaigua City Court Wednesday to three years probation and will have to register as a level 1 sex offender. She has already given up her teaching license. She also pleaded to similar charges in Manchester Town Court. An order of protection was also granted for the victim. The victim was not a student in Footer’s class, said her attorney Stephen Sercu.

Footer, a married mother with two children - which makes her another mother who fucks with teen boys, was initially charged with sex abuse, forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child. She was arraigned in November 2012. The incident that led to the charges occurred in autumn 2012 in the parking lot of a local convenience store. Police say just before 10pm on a Saturday night female teacher and student were parked in the empty lot of the Byrne Dairy on South Main Street in Canandaigua. Court papers detail the alleged sexual encounter: "The Said defendant, Lisa A. Footer (Age 44) at the aforesaid date, time and location, did knowingly act in a manner likely to be injurious to the physical , mental and moral welfare of a child less than seventeen years olf ... by engaging in sexual conduct with ... said sexual conduct being Footer masturbating ... all contrary to the provision of the statute in such case made and provide."

According to investigators there might have been multiple encounters dating back to the summer 2012 and there fore they expected to bring more charges during the investigation of teacher student sex case. Police were looking into allegations of sexual encouters at the Manchester home where the teacher lived with her husband and two children. Lisa Footer's teenaged son is two years younger than- and aquainted with - the alleged victim.


Footer is not the first female teacher in Canandaigua charged with having an inappropriate relationship with a student. In 2010, another Canandaigua Academy teacher, Marla Gurecki-Haskins pled guilty and was sentenced to 45 days in jail and had to surrender her teaching certificate for having a sexual contact with a 17-year-old student inside a classroom.

Brooklyn Mother Accused of Sex Acts with Teen

Evelyn Rogers, 33-year-old special education teacher from Brooklyn, New York, has been accused of engaging in sexual intercourse on multiple occasions with a male student.

Rogers, who is married and has been teaching at High School for Innovation in Advertising and Media in Canarsie, was removed from her classroom after the the DOE’s Office of Special Investigations discovered she had been having a months long sexual relationship with a now 16-year-old male student. When interviewed, female teacher and male student both admitted that they had been having sexual intercourse going back to August of last year, when the boy was still 15.

Rogers faces statutory rape charges. The felony count carried a maximum of four years in prison. The sexual relations took place in the teacher’s car, according to sources.

The Department of Education says that Rogers was appointed as a special education teacher at the school in 2011. She was well-liked and used to share stories with students about her husband and young daughter, so it must have come as big surprise that they teacher was another mother who fucks with teen boys. Rogers was reassigned last month and is now facing termination.

Tiffany Renee Maydew, 40-year-old mother from Troutdale, Oregon, is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old boy who is a friend with her daughter.

Maydew was charged with one count of online sexual corpution of a minor, one count of third degree rape and one count of third degree sodomy.

It’s believed Maydew and the teenage boy would meet up on several occasions all across town to have sex, according to investigators. Investigators learned about the alleged crimes after a local high school resource officer got a report from the Department of Human Services about what was going on. The boy first did not want to discuss the matter, but after his mother was contacted, the teen admitted to having sex with Tiffany Maydew in her car in various locations, including a secluded area and at his home.

Notorious Real Life MILF Admits Sex With Teen

Courtney Sue Reschke, 35-year-old mother from Kuna, Idaho, accused of serving alcohol and having sex with several teen boys, has pleaded guilty to six counts of lewd conduct with a minor. All felony charges she admitted to involved sexual acts with a same 15-year-old boy.

Two months ago Reschke pleaded not guilty to the same crimes. As part of a plea deal, six other lewd conduct counts and two counts of sexual abuse of a minor under 16 were dropped. In addtion to pleading guilty to sex crime charges, Reschke also entered Alford pleas to seven counts of giving alcohol to minors. Under Alford plea, Reschke does not admit she is guilty but acknowledges prosecutors have enough evidence to gain a conviction.

Reschke, mother of three, was arrested in December 2012 for alleged several sexual encounters with boys, who are friends of her oldest child aged ten, at her home in the 400 block of North Sourwood Avenue. The alleged sex acts between adult woman and teen boys began at the start of the school year and Reschke allegedly also gave the boys alcohol during several of the incidents. She also has two children ages 5 and 10 who were home during at least one of the encounters – 5 year old was attempting to get into the room where her mother was having sex with a teen boy to get the defendant’s but the defendant ignored her child.
In February Courtney Reschke pleaded not guilty Tuesday to 11 counts of lewd conduct with a minor, two counts of sexual abuse of a child under the age of 16 and seven counts of dispensing alcohol to minors.

She was indicted on 20 charges nearly three weeks after her arrest. The indictment alleged there were eight victims.
Courtney Reschke, now just another mother in heat, has been in the Ada County Jail since her arrest. The judge ordered psycho-sexual, substance abuse and mental health evaluations for Reschke.

Sentencing is set for June 20. Reschke could face up to life in prison.

Female Teacher Who Had sex with Two Teens Got Prison

Melissa Dalton, 34-year-old former art teacher at Ironwood Ridge High School, Tucson, Arizona, was  sentenced to three years in prison and eight years’ probation. She was also ordered to register as a sex offender.

Dalton, who was arrested in April last year for alleged sex acts with two students, pleaded guilty in February to one count of sexual conduct with a minor and two counts of attempted sexual conduct with a minor.

According to court documents, Melissa Dalton allegedly engaged in sexual acts with a 15-year-old boy and 16-year-old boy in her classroom and in her car on several occasions from February to April 2012.

Oro Valley police were notified of the alleged incidents on in April of last year when the parents of a 15-year-old student contacted school administrators. The parents found out about the alleged incident after the ninth grader told his cousin that Melissa Dalton performed oral sex on him in the back of her art room on April 27, 2012.

Dalton had sex on multiple occasions with the 16-year-old student who watched the encounter with her freshman student. The student had been bragging for weeks about having sex with Dalton. Both Dalton and the student admitted that they had intercourse twice in her car, once in the classroom, and on a separate occasion in the student’s bedroom.

Defense attorney Michael Piccarreta asked the judge to sentence Dalton to the minimum of two years in prison because she took responsibility for her actions, is remorseful, has sought therapy and has support from family and friends, several of whom were present at the sentencing hearing.

Dalton sobbed apologized for her actions. “I’m so sorry because I was completely wrong,” she told in court. “I was their teacher, and I broke that trust and I should be held accountable, and I should be held to a higher standard.” She said as a parent of two young boys, she understood how the families felt and said she would feel the same way. “I wish that there was an apology that I could give that would be able to heal their hearts,” she said.

Anyway, another mother who fucks teens will have to register as a sex offender when she is released from prison.

Courtney Keller, 28-year-old teacher’s aide at Black Hills High School, Tumwater, Washington, was arrested last month a for having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a Black Hills High student for nearly two years.

Keller, a married mother of a 4-year-old daughter, pleaded not guilty and was eleased from jail on her personal recognizance.

Courtney Keller handled student discipline at Black Hills High School for seven years and resigned in February this year. Her resignation came after Tumwater School District officials received an an anonymous letter informing them about the alleged sexual relationship between Courtney Keller and a teen student. The teenager told police the relationship ended earlier this year, around the same time the anonymous letter arrived at school district offices. Keller allegedly began a sexual relationship with the student two years ago when he was 16 years old – he is now 18, and dropped out of school in his senior year. the relationship began during the 2010-2011 school year when the victim was a sophomore and that it continued for two years, ending during the 2012-2013 school year when the victim was a senior.

The former student told police that the two began flirting, then “making out” and touching, all during his sophomore year in high school, when he was 16. Starting during his junior year, he said she began providing him “with tobacco and pain killers,” including Vicodin and Percoset.

They also began having sex during his junior year, the young man told police. The boy’s mother said that she thought it was odd he was spending so much time in detention without being referred there. Keller’s duties included supervising detention.
According to boy, Keller once attended a party with him at another student’s home and two students walked in on him having sex with Keller during the party. After that, the teen told police, “the entire school knew about his relationship with Keller.”

He said the relationship ended because Keller was falling in love, and she wanted to leave her husband and move in with him when he turned 18. The young man told police he was “really freaked” by this proposal.
