Kentucky mom admits years long relationship with daughter's boyfriend

Christy A. Wilson, 34-year-old fotmer teacher's aide at Southern Middle School, Somerset, Kentucky, has pleaded guilty to one count of third-degree rape of a male student less than 16 years of age. The vicitm was 14-year-old boy who was Wilson’s daughter’s former boyfriend.

Court records show that the relationship started when the boy was 14 in 2009 and was a student at Southern Middle School where Mrs Wilson was a teacher’s aide. The sexual relationship between young boy and the woman lasted 3 years until the victims’ family found out about it and contacted Kentucky State police.

Wilson was initially indicted on two counts of second-degree rape and two counts of third-degree rape. The alleged rapes involved the same boy, beginning in 2009 when the minor was 13 years old, according to the indictment.

Counts 1 and 2 of the grand jury’s indictment charge that Wilson committed the offense of second-degree rape by engaging in sexual intercourse “on or about the summer of 2009” with the alleged male victim.

Wilson is currently out of jail on house arrest but prosecutors want the judge to give her a prison sentence when she’s back in court November 16th.

Oklahoma mom sentenced for shooting porno video with teen boys

Michelle McCutchan, 40-year-old former teacher from Checotah (Eufaula), Oklahoma, has been sentenced by McIntosh County judge to 15 years in prison with five years suspended, for having a sexual relationship with students.

McCutchan entered a blind plea to nine out of 29 counts filed against her. She admitted to one count of rape, three counts of sodomy, one count of child neglect, and four counts of furnishing alcohol to a minor. The felony charges will run concurrently and fall under Oklahoma’s 85 percent statute, meaning McCutchan will spend almost 13 years in prison before being eligible for parole.

McCutchan testified that she would not have stopped the relationships had her husband not discovered one of them. She said she was not thinking in terms of right or wrong as the relationships continued and didn’t begin to think about her actions until she was arrested.

McCutchan, a fifth grade teacher at Marshall Elementary School in Checotah, was initially arrested in May 2011 and was first charged with two counts of second degree rape and one count of sodomy. The five alleged acts between McCutchan and the teen boy, who was her daughter's boyfriend, took place between January and February 2011 at the teacher's home and the teen's home. She also confessed to setting up a video camera to film two of the romps.
Police found out about the affair when the teen boasted to his friends about the home made sex tape. After being interviewed by detectives McCutchan admitted she had videoed herself having sex with her teen lover.
The arrest report said the teacher had sex four times at her home and once at the boy's home.

A Month later, in June 2011 Mrs McCutchan faced additional sex-related charges after investigators of the case turned up evidence showing there were other victims she engaged in sexual relations with at least three teenage boys, two of them students. Assistant District Attorney Crieg Rittenhouse charged McCutchan with nine counts each of second-degree rape and sodomy as a result of the teacher’s alleged involvement with the students. The third boy is 16 years old, but he was not a student and he age of consent in Oklahoma is 16 years. Evidence showed that McCutchan furnished him with alcohol.

In addition to the charges of second-degree rape, sodomy and furnishing alcoholic beverages to a minor, prosecutors also filed one count each of child neglect and possessing child pornography as a result of evidence that indicates McCutchan allowed a 15-year-old girl to watch her have sex with one of the teenage boys and then watched the girl while she had sex with the same partner. The pornography charge, prosecutior said, is based upon images that allegedly capture that encounter.

Fresno mom sentenced for sex with ex-fiancee's young son

Tracy Hannah, 40-year-old woman from Porterville (Fresno), Califonia, to 4 years behind bars for instigating a long term sexual relationship with a then-14 year old boy, son of her ex-boyfriend. Hannah was arrested in August 2011 for allegedly engaging in sex with a teen boy. She initially faced charges of child molestation and sexual intercourse with a minor. Porterville Police say the two met while Tracy Hannah was dating the victim's father and at one point they all even lived together.

Neighbors on the small Porterville block say they would often see a boy coming over to Tracy Hannah's apartment. At first, Hannah told neighbors the boy was her son. Porterville Police actually began investigating the case 2 years ago, when child welfare services contacted officers of the possible illegal relationship. Detectives found Hannah and the boy in a house together, but neither admitted to any wrongdoing. During the summer of 2011, another call from child welfare services prompted them to re-investigate and this time, the 15-year-old boy told police about their year-long affair. Officers say at one point Hannah's relationship with the father ended, and her sexual encounters with the boy began. Tracy Hannah has three children, two teenagers older than the victim, and a teen daughter. Despite objections by the Tulare County DA's office, the judge sentenced her to four years in prison on 15 counts of lewd acts with a child.

Tulare County Deputy District Attorney Shani Jenkins said, "There's just so many counts, there was 15 counts, so there was 15 incidents, and that's what really bothered us and we felt more time was appropriate." Tracy Hannah must register as a sex offender and have no contact with her victim once released from prison.

Oklahoma mother accused of sexual relationship with a teen boy

Makayla Dawn Redding, 34-year-old former substitute teacher at Timberlake Public Schools, Cherokee, Oklahoma, has been accused of engaging in a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy.

Redding faces two counts of lewd molestation, two counts of transmitting information by computer for purpose of instigating sexual conduct with a minor and one count of forcible sodomy.

According to an affidavit, the boy’s mother had made a report about her son receiving sexual text messages from a woman she identified as Redding, who she said was a substitute teacher at Timberlake Public Schools, where her son attended. The woman was able to provide cell phone records from her cell phone provider. The mother of the alleged victim became suspicious when her cell phone bill was much bigger than usual. When she began looking at her account she found a large number of text messages and saw her son’s phone had registered more than 500 text messages in less than a week, according to the affidavit.

An investigaor reviewed some of the messages sent between the phones and described them in his affidavit as “sexual in nature and extremely explicit and graphic.” He also noted records indicated there were videos and photographs sent between the phones. An Aug. 24 message from Redding to the boy asked him to come stay at her house. A message from the boy’s phone asked Redding if she had spoken to his mother about him spending the night for her son’s birthday party, according to the affidavit.

When Redding was asker if she knew why police wanted to talk to her, and she said she did and it was because of the boy she had been texting, according to the affidavit. Redding waived her rights and agreed to speak withinvestigators. She told the men she began text messaging the boy around May and after a few weeks the boy admitted to having a crush on her and they began text messaging back and forth about sex. Redding admitted to taking at least 20 pictures of herself naked to the boy to the boy and the boy having sent her pictures of him naked, too. She also admitted to making at least three explicit videos of herself and sending them to the boy, according to the affidavit.

She told investigators she and the boy met at her home about a month ago and “made out,” touching one another on top of their clothes, according to the affidavit.

The boy told Frisk he got Redding’s number from her Facebook account and began text messaging her about a year ago. He said he and Redding began text messaging sexual comments back and forth, and he said he’d sent her naked pictures of himself and she had sent some of herself back to him, according to the affidavit. He also said they had exchanged explicit videos of themselves. The boy also said he had sex with Redding at her home sometime in July.

Kathia Davis Allowed Teens to Party at Her House So She Could Have Sex With Them

Kathia Maria Davis, 45-year-old Orange County woman has been found guilty of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old boy. The jury could not reach a verdict on whether she did the same to a 13-year-old. Davis was found guilty of four felony counts of unlawful sexual intercourse and two misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She was acquitted of one misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and the jury hung on four counts alleging she performed lewd acts with a then-13-year-old boy.

Deputy District Attorney Jennifer Walker alleged Davis provided alcohol to members of her son’s hockey team and sexually assaulted at least two of them between 2005 and 2010. Authorities eventually were notified after the 16-year-old’s mother revealed to Davis’ ex-husband that her son admitted to having sexual liaisons with Davis.

Davis, who was taken into custody after the verdicts, could face up to five years in prison, Cohn said. However, she could also be placed on probation and might be able to serve her time in a county jail while avoiding a lifetime registration as a sex offender.

Davis’ home developed a reputation for being a “party house” where the hockey players could gain easy access to alcohol. The older boy, who was 16 at the time, had sex with the defendant in the summer of 2010, according to the prosecutor. Indignant parents confronted Davis at some point about the parties at her home and she promised to dial it down. Last summer, the boy and Davis had sex again on a couple more occasions and the boy eventually told his mother.
When confronted by investigators, Davis denied having sex with the older boy, but then later acknowledged it. Davis alleged the younger boy “came on to her and she rebuffed him”. According to Davis lawyer, his client consistently denied initiating any sexual contact with the younger boy. The boy and Davis’ son “got into alcohol” in the house and got drunk. As the two boys and Davis’ daughter were watching television and were dozing off, the 13-year-old tried to kiss Davis. “She shoved him away and said, `What the heck are you doing? This ain’t happening. You’ve had too much to drink,”‘ according to defence. Davis felt compelled to tell the boy’s mother what happened, but was “leery” because she was concerned that he had gotten drunk during a stay at her home. The defense attorney said even after the incident, the boy’s mother planned a trip to the Bahamas for her family and Davis’ family.

The defense attorney also denied his client supplied alcohol to the hockey players, saying the youths sneaked booze into the parties and would play “beer pong” in a garage while the adults were elsewhere in the house.

The older boy “became enamored of Kathia” and started sending his “crush” text messages saying he wanted to have sex with her and. Davis, who at at the time was going through a “tumultuous divorce ” eventually gave in to the boy, according to defence.

Davis faced a maximum sentence of 17 years and eight months in state prison if convicted on all charges.

Shana Cox guilty of performing sex acts on teen boy

I'm not sure if  36-year-old Shana S. Cox from Chicago, Illinois, can excatly been called MILF, but this mother sure seems to get all hot and horny when she is around with teen boys - and she has been convicted of engaging in sex with a 15-year-old high school boy.

Cox met her victim through her daughter’s boyfriend, and admitted one sexual encounter to the police. A jury deliberated for three hours Wednesday before finding her guilty of one of two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

Cox’s victim testified Tuesday he couldn’t remember how many times they had sex, but he said it started in May 2010 when he was a 15-year-old freshman. Boy told that the last encounter happened two days before they got into a fight that ended with him damaging her car and calling the cops. The youth told the deputy he was damaging the vehicle, which belonged to Cox “to get back at her for not giving him his clothes back.” When asked why Cox had his clothes, the teen replied, “I’ve been having sex with her”.

Cox’s attorney, Neil Adams said Cox believed the boy was at least 18 when they had sex. He said the boy was 6-feet tall and had facial hair in 2010. Prosecutors said Cox knew the boy didn’t have a driver’s license and picked him up from school. The victim and a relative of the boy told jurors they initially joked with Cox about the victim’s age, but they eventually told her the truth. When they did before Cox had sex with the victim, she told him, “You’re young.”

A sentencing date hasn't been reported. Cox could be sentenced to up to seven years in prison. So she must wait a little bit before she can try to have sex with young boys.

Mrs. Alghzawi provided booze to her son's teen friends and performed blowjobs

Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshel said: 'She would generally speaking provide alcohol to juveniles and would allow them to drink at her residence. On a particular occasion after school got out last summer, she is charged with performing oral sex on one of the students who was hanging out.' According to the investigators, it was a common occurrence for teens in the area to hang out at her house. Court records show this cougar posted a $30,000 bond on March 12 and informed the court she had changed her address on March 30. If found guilty on both counts, Alghzawi faces more than five years in prison.
