Lee, who has been employed as a teacher’s aide for special needs children at Amphi High School since August, was booked into the Pima County Jail on suspicion of four counts of sexual misconduct with a minor.
The sexual activity between female teacher and three male students allegedly took place in the presence of the three other students on January 18th, when Lee, a mother-of-two, allegedly engaged in sexual contact with two 18-year-olds and had full sexual intercourse with a 16-year-old while three other students watched. One of the students filmed the sex acts with his cellphone. The teacher knew the students from passing them in the hall, but the incident appeared to be spontaneous. Lee allegedly led the six students to an old gym on campus that is no longer used. the sex romp took minutes and the short sex video featuring female teacher and her students seized by police after they spoke to the teens, whose ages ranged from 16 to 18 years
Police officer working off duty at the school Tuesday morning was advised by staff members of an alleged sexual activity involving Clarice Lee and multiple students. Detectives from the Child Sexual Assault Unit responded to continue the investigation.
